You have chosen a SEBO vacuum cleaner and have therefore purchased a quality product that comes with a free manufacturer's warranty of 2, 3 or 4 years (in Germany). The exact duration of your guarantee depends on the model and always starts on the day you purchase your appliance. To benefit from an extended warranty, it is important that you register your new vacuum cleaner online with us within 30 days of purchase.
You will find details of the warranty period for your model in the enclosed instructions for use. You can also use the serial number on our website to quickly check which warranty period applies to you. As soon as you have completed the online registration process, you will receive a confirmation email with your warranty certificate and your extended warranty will be activated.
Our warranty conditions list all the important details, such as which parts are covered and how to proceed in the event of a warranty claim. You can view the SEBO warranty conditions in our download area. Please keep your proof of purchase and the warranty certificate in a safe place.

To register, you need the serial number of your SEBO vacuum cleaner. You will find this information on the machine. Depending on the model, it consists of one letter and up to nine digits or two letters and seven digits.
The type plate can be found at the following positions on the respective models:
> SEBO BALANCE: Under the suction unit after removing the battery
> SEBO AIRBELT D / SEBO AIRBELT E: On the underside of the device
> SEBO AIRBELT K: On the back under the carrying tray
> SEBO FELIX: In the carrying handle under the suction hose
> SEBO AUTOMATIC X: Under the power brush
Please note that when entering the serial number, there must not be a blank line between the letter and the following digits. After successfully entering the data, you will automatically receive your SEBO warranty certificate by e-mail. It is therefore very important that you enter your e-mail address.
